Job Description :

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BSc degree in any field with a minimum of 6 years of experience in leadership development, training and development, capacity enhancement or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience in managing improvement initiatives and in designing and implementing training and professional development programs for TVT staff.
• Knowledge and experience of adult pedagogy and learning styles.
• A team player who can build a sense of community among staff and partners.
• Ability to convey ideas and communicate concepts in writing with clarity and accuracy.
• Excellent listening and public speaking skills.
• High degree of flexibility with an ability to make recommendations and gain buy-in to advance goals.
• Commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and accountability to oneself and others.
• Culturally competent with the ability to seamlessly adapt in multicultural, multi-ethnic environments.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings, and travel as necessary              

LANGUAGE

• Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory and other foreign languages are desirable.
